I have looked at a lot of bases, and these are two common situations where people set up requesters that do not in fact signify that there is an undersupply problem:
a) Requesters that look for excess items in the network so they can be put on belts
b) Requesters that grab things that should be destroyed or recycled, such as spoilage.

I was thinking of supporting this in the mod by allowing users to specify one or to strings, such as "Excess" or "Destroy". If these strings appear in the name of the requester group used by a requester, it would automatically be excluded from Undersupply calculations.

It's a bit of an edge case though. What do you think? Is it worth it?
