I cannot remember the exact language, but I cannot load the game with both your mod and "Even Distribution" enabled.

Good catch! I haven't tried this mod with Even Distribution so I didn't encounter this issue before. The problem here is that Even Distribution messes with the logistic requests before there is a player, which caused the error.

Fix has been implemented, v0.3.2 is available for the grabs!
