I imagine this could be quite nice to have in addition to the default recipe. The default recipe could be made slower or more expensive, while the local recipes have better yields or cheaper or faster recipes. Not sure if this is possible within silos directly, and if so i would probably make it disabled by default.
With that, it would be great to have more settings in general, like the processing speed. :)
