Making sure I understand the situation -
You have the loader configured to split lanes, that is a different single filter for each lane? The signals coming in via the circuit network are arbitrarily assigned to one of the lanes without determination.
If that is the case, this is an engine limitation. The order in which the signals are applied to the filters appears to be defined by the item order in the selection list. Higher and more left items will be listed first. The first two signals on the wire will be set as the filters, with the first one going on the left lane of the belt, and the second on the right lane (in the direction of travel).
