same here. it used to work with both active and it would add all the loaders. until up to some 0.7.x version. i didn't update that version of the mod for a long time but then updated it by accident ...
EDIT:
with latest 5 Dim and Loaders Modernized 0.7.5 you'll have ultimate Belts miniloaders and 5 Dim hast 2x1 and 1x1 Loaders for all their belts...
