i [Won't fix] Minor issues with feeding

hello engineer
Greetings from 0508 factory~~ :)

I would like to ask if this loader has changed the original "Miniloader" settings?
The loader version of Miniloader will automatically send only 1-2 parts of materials to the production equipment like a robotic arm when unloading.
This version is automatically delivered to the upper capacity limit of the production equipment.
This is a bit troublesome for the production and quantity control of raw materials
I wonder if I can have multiple choices in the setting options?
Or is this because of a problem with version 2.0 itself?

thank you for your work

This mod is written completely from scratch (save for use of the graphics).

I'll have to look a little bit into this detail and see if there is something I can do in this respect. It may be a result of 2.0 mechanics. The Miniloader used multiple, hidden inserters to load things to and from containers and machines. This uses the internal loader mechanics which do have some differences in behavior. But I will look into it.

Hope you can solve this problem successfully
For a player who doesn’t understand those logic editors very well
If you want to use additional red and green wires for logic control
This is really annoying~XD
The power-free loader really saves a lot of electricity than the arm... LOL

This is in fact a mechanic of the loader entity. To fill an inventory at belt speed. As you mentioned, you can use a circuit wire between the assembler and the loader to limit how much it puts in.

However, there will be situations where a loader is required to input 5 iron plates and 2 copper plates at the same time.
If I choose to control and enter the 5 iron plate, it will stop
Then more and more copper plates will accumulate in the machine...
This will require more complex signal control
I can't handle the signal yet XD

Unfortunately there isn't anything I'm going to be able to do about that right now. It is a limitation of the game engine. My current intention is to not add a bunch of UPS unfriendly scripting or combination entities at this time. You can take a look at https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=118450 and possible add some support to the requests there. If those things get implemented in the game engine, some of what your asking for becomes possible.

If it is because of the limitations of 2.0
Then I won’t force this function.
After all, it’s just a replacement for the robotic arm.
Just prepare more power supplies

thank you for your explanation
