When you click on an "incoming" loader , the one that loads a chest, there is no gui so you cant set rules für network signals. but you can copy them from inserter... so not a real bummer but somewhat inconvenient ^^
This is a Factorio bug. Turn the loader to output, set your filters and conditions. Then switch it back to input.

Apparently this will be fixed in 2.0.9. Nice.
I'm trying to swap inputs and outputs and use the filter settings in the circuit, but it won't filter as instructed. Should I wait for 2.0.9?
filters work fine for me. i did the direction swapping thing and it just works
