Make lightning rod/collector available in planets without lightning. Functions like a "night solar panel" with pulsing energy.
- This is still a very early version of the mod. There might be a lot of bugs.
Lightning attractors can be placed on any planet. Off a lightning-capable planet, a night-only solar duplicate is built instead -- mined, blueprinted, and rebuilt as the original everywhere.
