Merges the Sniper Rifle and Laser Rifle from bob's mods- by using a treaty!
The technology is "getting the two groups to think about treatying"
The recipe is "We're making a treaty!" (Which is why it requires 10 sniper and laser rifles)
The item itself is "Laser/Sniper Treaty" to signify "The treaty is done, and we are very powerful!"
Sidenote, The Laser/Sniper Treaty [Now Referred as treaty for future reference] is approximately the same amount of DPS as a normal Sniper Rifle with AP,Fire, etc. if given DIAMOND ammo. Thus, it is more effective to use default sniper rifle most of the time. Not only that, but The Treaty stops you from moving when you fire someone with it. Thinking on the terms of reality, this means that the Treaty is like the US Government branch interaction, if you are a branch and the biter/spitters are the other branches. This can be understood as you weaken their power [by killing them] and they weaken you while you are stopped in place.
