for me it loads just fine on the latest factorio version.
maybe one of your mods is messing with the ammo icons.
can you verify it happens when you only have this installed?

that probably only fixes the error, im fairly sure the icon will look cropped in your loadout

i made a quick dirty lil fix for the cropped images its just a 64x64 png with 4 dots in the corners
