Lamp Brightness Slider

Tired of standard lamps being too dim or having to place hundreds of them to illuminate your factory at night? This mod adds a smooth, responsive slider directly into the vanilla lamp interface, allowing you to adjust individual lamp brightness dynamically from 10% up to 200%.

🚀 Key Features

  • Vanilla Integration: Mod creates new hidden entities that works in coherence with standard small-lamp and smooth replace it.
  • Custom GUI: Drag the slider and see the percentage change.
  • Persistent parameters: Copied lamps save their brightness and "Always ON" setting.
  • Circuit Network Friendly: Your logic connections will remain secure whether you change the brightness or copy/paste/blueprint the lamp.
  • Deep Multi-Language Support: Automatically translates into 13 languages.
  • Should be optimized for low-zero UPS consumption.
  • Dynamic energy consumption option that scales with lamp brightness. Toggle in the mod settings.

📊 Brightness Range Specs

Slider Level Visual Brightness Notes
Level 1–9 10% — 90% Perfect for dim ambient lighting or night-vision comfort.
Level 10 100% Standard vanilla Factorio lamp behavior.
Level 11–20 110% — 200% High-intensity illumination for dense factory hubs.

Note: Brightness levels are achieved by swapping the lamp prototype to pre-calculated light-radius variations of small-lamp. Blueprinting a modified lamp will preserve its exact logic, brightness level and color!
