Add space hub chests that can teleport items directly into their local space platform hubs. Fixed and modified from the original Space Placeform Chest mod by Corlin.

Hmm, do you have any mods that add an absurd number of "items" (whether real, or just used as signals, nameplates, etc) to the game?
This error should only occur when there are more than 10k items to the game, which should never happen under normal conditions (I tested with Space Age and all planet-related mods enabled via this mod and didn't get anywhere near the limit.)
