Nope, it was previously requested for the Lite version of this mod, but so far kept it optional because it is the only planet mod still listed as "wip" in the Foundry discord (excluding Dea Dia, but that's because of an upcoming overhaul, not the current version of the mod itself), and still proudly proclaims itself as "NOT COMPLETELY FINISHED" on the main page.
I have been testing it on and off during my free time, and it seems safe enough, but considering how loudly it states that it's unfinished and in beta (none of the other planet mods have these warnings), I've been hesitant to include it. And until now, I've only had that one single request to add it in, so lack of interest on top of the previous...
