Recycler don't accept items which are not of common quality. This breaks completely the mechanic of recycling loop to obtain the highest quality items so I don't know if I do something wrong or if it is just not supported.
I was in creative mode and I solve the issue by researching the technology. (Still strange that only part of the mechanics works if you are in creative mode and do not have researched the technology, but at least it works)
