Unsure when this happened as I went a month or so without playing; an update broke functionality between these two mods. They used to work together well enough before but now are not.

- Quality Module 1s are no longer craftable in electromagnetic plants
- This doesn't affect 2s and 3s which still can be crafted
- Nothing is craftable in electromagnetic plant if it is full of quality modules
- The screenshot shows a different "template" mod, nothing shows up without that mod
- This can be replicated with just these 2 mods on and nothing else
- Replicated across different save files and creative mode
