Will there be a setting to enable recycling of certain chemical plant items? Say batteries back to iron and copper, or plastic to coal. Doesn't have to be everything, but it is a question.
No. This is following what we knew at the time that the recycler in the official Quality mod will let us recycler.
That said, they showed that batteries will be recycleable and science packs aren't, so your guess is as good of mine.
