b production Conbinator doesnt output all signals.

For example i have a Production Combinator set to output all of the Mods Entities with the number set to the stack size, as well as belts, undergrounds, splitters, loaders, drills, furnaces and assemblers.
However out of these 18 Configured values it only outputs at most 17.
Which means i am not able to have all of my signals on a single network unless i split them in to groups of 17 which i presume to be a bug since we dont have a slot limit.
It should likely actually output all of the Signals configured in its Settings window.

also in the current implementation its basically ust a re textured constant combinator with a custom interface, unless im missing something it doesnt actually do anything that the vanilla counter part doesnt already do.

This combinator displays the number of missing items, in accordance with the established limits, if the quantity in the network is greater than or equal to the signal, no signal is output, NECESSARY FOR DYNAMIC INSTALLATION OF RECIPES, read the description

if thats the case then that sounds like something that should be said in the entities description in the game and not only on the mods info.
this is unusual behaviour for any kind of combinator and should be explained better by the game since its so easy to misunderstand.
