I'm pretty sure [Cocounut processing] tech shouldn't be locked behind [Survey: Viridion specialist branch] tech, unless there is some other way of getting decomposition science pack to make Myridian system science pack.
Besides that, I believe it blocks any progression on Palegos altogether.
