The IPO mod is very good.
Now onto the issues:
First, the Planet Crucible definitely need to be before Aquilo. Planet Crucible is designed as inner planet with Aquilo related extensions.
Second, the Myridian Science is locking many research. To manufacture Myridian Science there are many requirements that are locked behind Myridian Science.
Also, I encountered a loading error with Outer Rim mod. I disabled Outer Rim Mod, and kept all its dependencies on and its working, It is only one error, didnt record the detail.
Also, i would suggest to add 'overhaul' tag to make the IPO easy to access in search tools.
