Aquillo is still locked. Researching Aquillo requires Crucible science which needs Aquillo science. It also needs Rubia science, which is also a problem.

Or rather, it's mostly fixed. There are settings on the Tellus and Pellagos mods to make them prerequisites for Aquillo - and they're on by default. I'm off and running again, but how you deal with this is up to you. You could force those off, or just move Aquillo to behind Pellagos.

Moved the Myridian cold-frontier order to Tellus -> Pelagos -> Aquilo, matching the default Tellus/Pelagos startup settings that make those worlds prerequisites for Aquilo.
