Adds 2 tiers Mining Drills, Solar Panel, and Accumulators that are costly but powerful and also lets you upgrade beginning machines to the late game machines.
There is no support for expensive recipes in version 0.15.
Your mining drill is still cheap, even if expensive recipes are used.
This way vanilla mining drill is much more expensive than yours.
