It's probably bug with https://mods.factorio.com/mod/TFMG-thermal itself, you may want to report it there instead

For future reference, whatever mod name is on the top of the error, that's usually the one you should go to first.

In this case, polka created the configs to make TFMG thermal work, and the bug is my problem.

Anyway, fix will be up shortly.
