DISCLAIMER: A Simple Mod I had an AI make to my own use (yeah, I'm no programmer). So, I will probably won't be able to keep it up-to-date or add any new features to it... If you are an actual modder, feel free to adopt this one and give it the proper care.

The steam production and consumption ratios are a bit off because I couldn't figure out the correct formula and just figured it out. Anyway, anyone who downloads this mod will only adjust it in MW.
