Challenging Pack Logistics


This mod changes the science packs of Vulcanus, Fulgora and Aquilo by making them more challenging to transport between planets, just like Gleba's agricultural science pack.

    - Minor rebalancing of the metallurgic research vessels added by maraxsis
    - Low charge packs charging recipe: surface restriction now tied to gravity, not pressure (does not change anything in the base game, just helps with other mods)
    - Low charge packs recipe: now have the same restrictions as the base game EM packs (99% EM field and not 95-100%, same thing as the previous change)
