The game show this message when i drop the first mining drill on iron and quit to main menu after.
After test it seems to be a conflict with the mod Quality effect wich adds more module slots to "assembling machines"

Hey there. I haven't been able to replicate this with the https://mods.factorio.com/mod/QualityEffects mod. This mod did have an update since then, though. Could you check if you are still having the issue, and post your modlist if so?
