Ghost Cursor Keeper

Ever been ghost-building a big blueprint, had your bots grab the last item out of your inventory, and watched your cursor go empty mid-placement? This mod fixes that.

When the item in your cursor runs out while you're ghost-building, your cursor instantly becomes a ghost of that same item (same quality), so you can keep placing without re-selecting anything.

Features

• Works with whatever key you have bound to ghost-build (Shift by default).
• Also works for modules when quick-inserting them with the quick-transfer key (Ctrl by default).
• Pressing your clear-cursor key (Q by default) still gives you an empty hand.

Settings (per player)

• Ghost keep window (seconds): how long after your last ghost-build the feature stays armed. Default 5.
• Keep ghost for tiles: also applies to tile items like concrete. Default on.
• Keep ghost for modules: also applies to modules. Default on.

Settings are under Settings → Mod settings → Per player and apply immediately.

Notes

• Safe to add to or remove from existing saves.
• Multiplayer-friendly: each player has their own settings.
