If you have a built entity already (say a normal assembler), and you ghost place a different quality assembler (say rare) over top, you get a network request for that rare assembler. If you then use Ghost Counter over the entity waiting for an upgrade, it correctly identifies that the entity is requested, but it always assumes the entity is normal quality regardless of what quality is being requested.

It's a niche use case but I was using it to find out what quality items were missing, waiting to be built, on my space platform only to find I couldn't actually make the correct request using Ghost Counter as it just thought everything was normal quality.
