Adds 13 refined concrete variants for map painting: all 11 vanilla hidden colors (now visible and craftable) plus pure white and pure black, made for map pixel art and area marking. Crafted from 10 refined concrete + 50 water; tiles keep the vanilla texture in game. Toggle "show tile colors on the map" in the startup settings — off = all tiles look like plain refined concrete on the map.
