  Features:
    - Added the "/migrate loaders" command, which converts all placed non-AAI loaders (e.g. Deadlock loaders) to their AAI loader equivalent. Loaders are matched by belt speed, and position, orientation, force, quality, loader type, and item filters are preserved. Run this once before disabling the Deadlock loaders mod.
  Changes:
    - Reworked all AAI loader recipes into a chain: each tier now requires the previous tier's loader plus tier-specific materials (normal, fast, express, turbo, Hyper, Extreme, Ultimate).
    - Advanced belt speed changes (75/90/120 per second) also apply to the AAI loaders.
    - HEA plate smelting can now also be done in the AoP arc furnace, not just the electric furnace.
    - Asteroid collector MK2 now requires 1 HEA engine unit instead of 6 electric engine units.
    - Vesta tritium recipe renamed to "Tritium breeding" and now also takes 1 uranium-233 and 20 deuterium.
    - AoP unstable matter is now made in the supermagnet from iridium plates, hot lithium, promethium chunks, and a DT fuel cell.
    - DT fuel cell recipe is now 50 DT fuel + 1 empty DT canister.
    - Quantum machinery technology now requires the DT fuel technology.
    - Circular collider lab now requires a biolab (recipe ingredient and technology prerequisite).
    - Quantum assembler/computer/stabilizer reworked: electric engines -> HEA engines, tungsten plates -> equal iridium + HEA plates, plus a containment structure and 10 sentient processors each. Assembler adds a synaptic assembler and 200 carbon fiber; computer adds a compute farm and uses circular collider labs instead of biolabs; stabilizer adds a genius specimen brain.
    - Promethium-quality refinery now uses HEA plates instead of tungsten and requires a containment structure.
    - Removed AoP's water rectification and tritium synthesis technologies and recipes (the Vesta DT chain replaces them).
    - Technologies that cost extermination science no longer also cost military science; technologies that cost equipment science no longer also cost utility science.
