Make your furnaces faster by keeping them running continuously! 🔥
Furnace Speed Boost adds a progressive crafting speed bonus to furnaces, rewarding efficient and uninterrupted production lines.
⚙️ How It Works
- Furnaces operate at their normal speed until the Furnace Speed Boost I technology is researched.
- Once unlocked, furnaces gradually increase their crafting speed while operating continuously.
- The initial maximum multiplier is x3, reached after 5 minutes.
- If a furnace stops working, even briefly, its bonus immediately resets to x1.
- Each furnace has its own independent progression.
- Progress is saved with your game.
- An in-game interface displays operating time, current multiplier, and crafting speed.

Both branches can be researched independently after unlocking the initial technology.
At maximum research level, furnaces can reach x10 crafting speed in just 60 seconds of continuous operation!
🔧 Compatibility With Other Mods
Furnace Speed Boost automatically detects machines classified as "furnace" entities by Factorio.
This means that machines added by other mods, such as recyclers or other processing machines, may also receive the speed bonus if they use the furnace entity type.
No additional configuration is required.
