I'm getting the error message:

appearently the "electric-energy-accumulators" is named "electric-energy-accumulators-1"
changing that in the technology and the upgrade-technology lua file fixes the problem

You updated to the 0.17.23 (0.17.5 of this mod) version, and are not on 0.17.23 of Factorio.

well, as already told, either keep both at the newest version, or none of them and keep both the old versions.
