Howdy, the Lasing Around mod from Planetfall has a natural gas to helium recipe 'Advanced Gas Processing' that cannot use productivity modules.

Recipe modded by: Lasing Around > Space Exploration

I am using the same mod arrangement from the last post, K2SE+vBZ etc.
