Repairs the enemy expansion map settings that a removed mod left behind in a save. game.map_settings is engine state stored inside the save, so values a mod wrote there survive its uninstall - and so does this repair. Everything is done through the normal runtime API, so unlike a /c console command it never sets the permanent flag that disables achievements for the save. Install it, load the save, check the reported values, save, then remove the mod again.
