I subscribed waterfill mod such as "ritn's waterfill" "Balanced waterfill",these mods are well balanced in SE,waterfills can't be placed on water less planets‘ surface such as Ogun.
By using Factorissimo, waterfills can be placed on factory's floor.players can gain infinite water resources on water less planets with a water pump and a Tier1 factory,This may break the balance and makes ice useless.
Is there any possible to add an option to prevent placeing waterfills on factory floor?
