Bugfixes:
- Compatibility with the latest Factorio patch: convert any item prototype's removed `fuel_category` property to the new `fuel_categories` array (fixes the load crash caused by Cerys setting `fuel_category` on `solid-fuel`).
- Added optional dependency on Cerys-Moon-of-Fulgora to guarantee the fix runs after Cerys.
