Health is only changed with quality. Research upgrades affect damage, attack rate and cost to join attacks.
The only thing needed to manually adjust for mod support is new spawners and new surfaces, due to how pollution absorbtion is calculated per entity type on each surface. Everything else works automatically. Looking at those mods, Factorio+ should work just fine, it only adds new units, not spawners. Fulgoran Enemies I'll have to make an update for, but only pollution absorbtion factor is missing here, other parts of the mod will work.
