FEATURES

  • Research - Enemy force will now "research" technology bonuses. This will scale their damage, attack rate and pollution cost for joining an attack party. Each tech requires a certain amount of points, which are gained with time, by produced pollution, absorbed pollution and destroyed nests.
    Everything can be configured.

  • Enemy unit rebalance - a startup setting, changes enemy units as follows:
    - Medium, Big and Behemoth Biters gain laser and fire resist equal to their standard physical resist
    - Medium, Big and Behemoth Spitters gain laser, fire and physical damage reduction equal to 50% of their standard explosion resist.
    - Higher-end units base pollution cost is cheaper
    - Spawners have altered unit type spawn probabilities, that phases out weaker units completely instead of partially. Spitters can spawn right from the start of the game.

  • Quality Integration - with "Quality" mod enabled, expansion parties can create bases with increased quality structures. Nests spawn units that match their quality. Chance to form an upgraded base follows the same quality rules as normal, and scales linearly with evolution. Additionally, nests in newly generated chunks progressively increase in quality the further away from spawnpoint they are. Configurable as well.
