This mod will add stat bonuses to biter units over time, as evolution increases.
Those bonuses are:
- Melee Damage (affects Biters)
- Acid Damage (affects Spitters and Worms)
- Worm Damage (stacks multiplicatively with Acid Damage)
- Melee Attack Speed (affects Biters)
- Acid Attack Speed (affects Spitters and Worms)
- Pollution attack cost reduction (units require less pollution to join an attack group)
Bonuses' aquisition rate and magnitude can be configured.
Additionally, there are settings to rebalance additional parameters:
"Player weapon tech rebalance" - changes bonuses to weapons from technology to a static 10% per level.
"Enemy unit rebalance" - changes enemy units as follows:
- Medium, Big and Behemoth Biters gain laser and fire resist equal to their standard physical resist
- Medium, Big and Behemoth Spitters gain laser, fire and physical damage reduction equal to 50% of their standard explosion resist.
- Higher-end units base pollution cost is cheaper
- Spawners have altered unit type spawn probabilities, that phases out weaker units completely instead of partially. Spitters can spawn right from the start of the game.
