From raw wood to injection-ready HRT — grow it, esterify it, compound it, take it.

Estrogen Mod adds a complete estradiol enanthate (EEn) production chain to Factorio 2.0. Extract phytosterols from wood, ferment them into androstenedione, and aromatize them into estradiol. Synthesize heptanoic acid from castor or MCT oil and esterify your estradiol into a long-acting enanthate. Recrystallize, suspend in your carrier oil of choice, fill vials, and pack injection kits with syringes and alcohol wipes.

The production chain

• Precursors — Phytosterol Extraction → Microbial Degradation → Aromatization
• Reagents — Castor/MCT oil oxidative cleavage into heptanoic acid → heptanoyl chloride; plus pyridine, methanol, and potassium carbonate synthesis
• Synthesis — Diester Formation → Selective Hydrolysis → Recrystallization into pure EEn crystals
• Compounding — glass vial molding, syringe and alcohol wipe production, dose kit assembly

Two carrier oils

• MCT Oil — heals 100 and grants the full speed boost for 120 s. Clean, fast-absorbing, easy to scale.
• Castor Oil — heals 200 but only a half-strength boost for 60 s. The traditional long-acting depot.

• HRT buff system — doses heal and grant a temporary speed boost; re-dosing refreshes the buff instead of stacking
• Hand-made icon art for every item, item group, and technology

Mod settings (Mod Settings → Startup)

• Enable or disable the HRT buff, and tune its strength (default +20% running speed)
• Realistic Crafting Ratios (Extra Harsh) — for players who want their chemistry to hurt
