Adds a solid-state holmium processing chain for Holmium Plates that preserves quality. Crush ore into powder, load it onto iron plates via electromagnetic ion exchange, then strip it in a foundry to holmium plates. Iron plates cycle back as reusable carriers. All vanilla holmium recipes remain untouched.
