Adds conductive floor tiles that transmit power to adjacent tiles (including diagonals) and any structure on top of them, just place a power source or electric pole on top and enjoy the extra space!

What would it take to extend this to the colored concrete tiles from Dectorio?
Not too much.
Someone else already created a compatibility for pyaddons tiles, so, the colored ones should be kinda easier.
However, I don't plan in adding the compatibility inside electric-tiles itself, but maybe create a new mod.
Maybe someone already had the idea.
