Almost the same mod as DellAquila (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/EfficientSmelting), but compatible with version 2.0 and later.

The mod allows to multiply the rendering of iron, copper and stone ores by 100, as well as multiplying the rendering by 10 for all crude oil recipes.
