i pvp balance

I find this mod makes pvp combat so much more enjoyable but I found 1 small problem. everything that is on the other team is hit. so could you add a feature where some things that logically are quite short (Like belts rails and maybe even walls) have a chance to "miss" the thing so it could be like 4% for walls but 60% for belts and rails this would make it feel realistic that a belt that is only like 15cm tall isn't acting like it eats bullets. also you can't hit logi or construction bots ( just realized I made a thread for this mod about bots but you get the idea)
