Disable Cannon Shell Friendly Fire

This Factorio mod disables friendly fires from cannon shells. 2 types of friendly fire are disabled:

• Piercing: Allow cannon shells to fly over your own entities, instead of piercing through them.
• Explosion: Make the explosion from cannon shells to not damage your own entities.

These can be adjusted independently in mod settings.
