Added diesel-based energy production:
- Diesel fuel is unlocked through technology (comes after advanced oil processing)
- Craft diesel in chemical plants
- Diesel generators (currently modeled after Assembling Machine 2) produce up to 60MW
- Diesel can be crafted into Jerrycans in chemical plants (40MJ, 120% accel, 150% top speed). It has a lower acceleration but higher top speed than rocket and nuclear fuel.
- Portable diesel generators can be inserted into the equipment grid (3w x 2h). Right-click a diesel generator in the grid to insert fuel.
