  Changes:
    - The "engineer" skin now uses "engineer-tf2-mferrari-fork", a 2.1 fork of dank hank's
      "engineer tf2" mod. It will be dropped in favour of the original if that mod is updated.
    - The "heavy" skin now uses "MechanicusMiniMAXFork" (Nika's 2.1 fork) instead of
      "MechanicusMiniMAX". Both use the same character skin.
    - Bumped minimum versions of !skins (Skins Factored), Gear Girl and Character mod helper.
    - Marked as incompatible with minime (miniMAXIme): it forces !skins into compatibility mode,
      which disables the skin selector this pack relies on.
