If demand is there I might make a mod for the liquid storage. The logistic variants probably won't happen, their functionality is easily replicated with a warehouse and a couple inserters
The concept of logistic memory storage doesn't make sense because you always have to put a constant number as the logistic request. But the chest is infinite. As fox said, much better solution is to use warehouse +inserter.
