One possibility would be google drive or sth like that.

Otherwise (if you have access to github) you could try to add it as attachment to a comment for https://github.com/xyzzycgn/dart/issues/40 - but I'am not sure whether there are restrictions for uploading binary attachments.

i added my file ass a comment in that link.

a new release with the fix for this bug is online
