Placing MiningTools' resource wiping dynamite on oil patches doesn't work because dangOreous has no exception for it (obviously). It just sees it as a non-miner and explodes it.
Weird that no-one seems to have run into this…
EDIT: If you did run into this, and know how to edit things, just add "dynamite-0-wipe" (that's a zero, not the capital letter 'O') in dangOre_exceptions in control.lua.
