As stated in the title. With only these 2 mods and any combination of settings results in only uranium for as far as the eye can see (and even farther when going to new chunks).
There must be something wrong with how Darkstar defines ores or it must rely upon it's own ore placement script. This mod is an resource spawning overhaul mod and thus will conflict with any other mods that override default resource spawning logic. Ask the author to ensure that orcs have correctly specified autoplace definitions so this mod can read them and spawn them in the appropriate proportions.
I have a post up on their mod too with nothing yet. I can get dangoreus working with all random and darkstar but non of the other patterns work. and I can get other mods that add ores to work.
