Not fixed as of 2/2/2019. Try adding MadClown's resource mods along with dangOreus, and you'll get this error. I'm unfamiliar with Factorio modding, but it looks, based on the comment in data-updates.lua, like you're attempting to tweak oil spawn frequency with a not-so-direct way of determining that the resource being looked at is actually oil. I added a nil check, and everything loads, but as I don't know what I'm doing modding Factorio, I have no idea what the larger implications of that might be.
